Marcia has worked as church secretary at City Temple for 11 years. During that time, she has also assumed the responsibility of creating and printing the weekly bulletin, as well as assisting the Pastor in the ordinary operation of the church office.

Currently, Marcia is working on a long-term project/ministry for women who have survived childhood sexual abuse.

She graduated from Mercy High School in Baltimore, MD. She is the mother of two children, Kenneth and Ashleigh, and the grandmother of three, Morgan, Kenneth, Jr. and Madison.
